With more than 180 patents in the field, the company has a strong presence in several European countries, operates a modern production facility in Sofia, and maintains a well-structured administrative and manufacturing team in the country and abroad.

For their Commercial Department, they are currently looking to hire motivated and loyal professionals who will join the team in the position of:

SALES SPECIALIST (BACK-OFFICE) WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE In this role, you will support sales and finance departments, ensure smooth back-office operations, and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. As a part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency;- Prepare and maintain sales reports;- Coordinate with the sales team to support ongoing activities;- Handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented responses;- Maintain a high level of service and actively support clients and colleagues;- Collaborate closely with financial, logistics, and other internal teams;

Essential requirements:- Previous experience in Back Office Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support Agent, or similar roles;- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's ) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel;- Experience working with CRM systems; knowledge of SAP or Odoo will be considered an advantage;- Fluent in German (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);- Experience in the automotive or logistics industry is a plus, but it's not mandatory;The company can offer:- Competitive salary;- Additional health insurance – premium package, food vouchers, and Sportscard;- Standard working hours, NO SHIFTS!- Company-provided transportation from key locations in Sofia and the option for free parking at the workplace;
